To honour a life that has been fully lived with a little compassion, empathy & touch is a beautiful thing.  With my nursing background I am able to accommodate an aging body with gentle touch & positing the client’s body to receive the full benefits of the massage.
​All massages are done in the comfort of the clients chair, wheelchair, bed or massage table.

My Story

💖 My Journey to Compassionate Care

From a very early age, I had a special bond with my own Grandmother guided my path, leading me naturally into caregiving for elders.

While I valued my time as a Licensed Practical Nurse, I often felt constrained by the clock, wishing I had more time to truly connect with and give to my patients. This desire for a more holistic approach inspired me to pursue further education, leading me to become both a Certified Yoga Teacher and a Registered Massage Therapist.

Once I graduated, I knew where my focus needed to be: working specifically with seniors. What I love most about this work is the connection, especially having the privilege of listening to their rich, incredible life stories.

Every client deserves to be seen, respected, and cherished for the life they have lived. Even when navigating the challenges of dementia or Alzheimer’s, their need for connection and dignified care remains absolute.

It is my deepest joy to give comfort and therapeutic relief to my clients, and I am continually grateful for the warmth and connection I receive in return.
